The Lloyds were a popular SF / Bay Area Power Pop / New Wave band featuring awesome strong female vocals provided by Lulu Lewis. The band was quite a popular live draw in Bay Area new music clubs in the early '80s, they even appeared in the 1980 comedy film ‘Die Laughing’. Their song ‘Rock n Roll Made Me What I Am Today’ was covered by Lita Ford on her 1983 debut album ‘Out for the Blood.’
